The hotel was a great place to warm up after our long outings exploring the sites and Christmas market. The rooms are well-sized with a comfortable bed but didn't completely meet our expectations. The service was lovely and proactive but had a slightly strange moment during check-in. The location is great, near the city center and with easy access to various attractions. The dining experience was excellent with possibly the best buffet breakfast in Europe. Overall, a cozy stay with a few minor hiccups.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were stunning, with spotless cleanliness and a lovely view of the harbor. However, it got a bit too cold at nighttime. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, especially Ms. Yulia, making my experience even better. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the old town and easily reachable from the airport. The dining experience was delightful, especially with the variety of Estonian specialties.
